Which flower are you?

First of all, I’d like to explain why I’m using flower images for this Web/blog. I’ve noticed that it’s challenging for women to discuss certain topics openly without being judged. That’s why I thought that every woman who wants to join and talk here or in my community shouldn’t use her own image, but should choose the flower of her choice. When I was searching for flowers for my website/blog, I realized that every flower represents something. Sunflowers represent self-confidence and strength. I don’t think there’s a better image to describe all of us. What do you think?

How do you start over?

First and foremost, take a moment to sit down and reflect. Blaming yourself doesn’t help; it only holds you back. No one is given a book at birth explaining how life works. Life unfolds differently for everyone, and you should simply learn from mistakes and try not to repeat them. So the first step is: How do you envision your new beginning?

Don’t forget how valuable

you are.

No matter what has happened or what will happen, you are a valuable person who deserves to be loved and respected. You can achieve anything you set your mind to.

Community

I founded a community so we can share ideas and, above all, support each other. Each of us has had different experiences and faces different circumstances. But we have one thing in common: no matter where we come from or what our circumstances are, each of us deserves to start anew and shape our lives the way we want.

How it all began

I was 45 years old when I was left with nothing. Divorce after 25 years of marriage and the loss of our shared company. I lost my circle of friends, who were afraid of my ex and didn’t want to get into trouble, which I could understand, of course. In other words, I had to start from scratch. The first question that came to mind was: Can you start over at 45 and how? Talking about it with someone wasn’t easy, or even possible, since we all have different circumstances and deal with problems differently. But it was clear to me that I wanted to make a fresh start, with everything that came with it. I’ll tell you how in this blog.
